Tour Program

 

Estimated start time: 09:00 am at your hotel --- Estimated ending time 14:00 pm at your hotel or the city center.

 

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel for a half-day city tour of the main and historical sites of Athens.

Our first stop will be the Temple of Olympian Zeus; after this, we will continue to a cradle of the first Olympic Games took place in

museum1896.

After a small break to look around and take photos we will continue our drive via the Prime Ministers residence, the former Royal Palace, (guarded by the colorful Evzones), the Zappion (conference and Exhibition Hall), the National Garden, Hadrian's Arch, St. Paul's Church, Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schliemann's House (a numismatic Museum), Catholic Cathedral, the University, the National Library, the Old Parliament building, Constitution Square, and the Russian Orthodox Church.

Anytime you like we can stop to look around and take photos.

 

We will then get off the vehicle at the main entrance of Acropolis and the Parthenon Ancient Site and continue our visit, the Acropolis, Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, Erechtheion, Rest of the ancient sites located in the ancient site.

We will then finish with a visit to the New Acropolis Museum.

 

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel or direct you to the Plaka area where you can enjoy shopping and trying great tavernas for delicious Greek meals.
