- Sunday - Day 1 - Arrival in Athens -

KALOS ORISATE! Welcome to Greece!

We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
After checking into your hotel, you will have the afternoon free to rest and explore Athens on your own.

Overnight in Athens.

 

- Monday  - Day 2 - Athens - (B)

Breakfast at the hotel

Meet up at the lobby of your hotel ( meeting time to be determined)

Will start with a panoramic driving tour of Athens, with your guide and or driver guide, during the driving tour you will be seeing and learning about the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Greek Parliament building, and Presidential Palace, then s short photo stop at the Panathinaiko Stadium where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896,

Also on the way to Acropolis,  you will be pointed and learn about the Zappeion and Temple of Olympian Zeus, the University and, the Academy of Athens, National Garden, Hadrian’s Arch, St. Paul’s Church, Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schliemann’s House (Numismatic Museum), Catholic Cathedral,  Old Parliament, Constitution Square, Russian Orthodox Church

We will then get off the vehicle, near the entrance of Acropolis then continue on visiting Propylae the gateway, Temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon, Erechtheion with its Porch of Maidens. the ancient citadel.

The last place of the tour will be the new Acropolis Museum where you will see the findings of the archaeological site of the Acropolis and every artifact found on the rock and on the surrounding slopes, from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece.

 

After the tour,  we can take you back to your hotel

or we can drop you at the Plaka district if you like to wander and explore at your own pace.

- Tuesday - Day 3 - Athens to Mykonos Island - (B)

Very early in the morning, we will meet you at your Athens hotel take you to Piraeus ferry port. Depart from Athens on a ferry ride to Mykonos Island.

Upon arrival, you will be met at the harbor and transferred to your hotel.

After checking in the hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

- Wednesday - Day 4 - Free day to Explore Mykonos -  (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today is free for you to explore Mykonos on your own.

An optional tour to Delos is available at your request.

- Thursday - Day 5 - Mykonos to Santorini - (B)

In the morning, Depart from Mykonos on a scenic ferry ride to Santorini Island.

After arrival, you will check-in at your hotel.

After check-in, you will have a free day to relax and explore on your own.

Santorini is one of those iconic places that will be permanently etched in your mind. Everywhere you turn is a photo opportunity. Essentially, the island is what remains of an enormous volcanic eruption, which destroyed the earliest settlements on what was formerly a single island. The aftermath of the explosion created what you see today, a caldera. All of the whitewashed, charming houses cling to the high cliffs of the rim, while the deep blue Aegean Sea wraps around the geological masterpiece, hundreds of feet below. Its spectacular physical beauty, along with its lively nightlife, your Santorini visit will be unforgettable.

- Friday - Day 6 - Exploring Santorini - (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Enjoy a boat trip to the Volcano

11:00 am Meet up at the Athinios Harbor, depart on a scenic sail to Volcano,

Upon arrival have free time to explore and hike to the top of the volcano and have a glance at the active parts, lots of fantastic photo opportunities of the volcano, and from Volcano to the different angles of Magnificent Santorini Island.

Get back to the boat for a short sail to hot Springs (Palea Kameni) Enjoy swimming, then onto Thirassia where you can eat, relax or swim and visit the traditional village of Manola.

After that, sail to back to the Island and enjoy a quick stop at Armeni, then back to Athinios port.

The tour finish time will be around 17:30 pm. Enjoy the rest of the day and evening at leisure

- Saturday - Day 7 - Santorini to Athens then to Egypt - (B)

In the morning we will provide a transfer to Santorini Airport for your departure to Athens then onto Cairo

Arrival in Cairo, meet up with the transfer men, then drive to your hotel

After check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Cairo.

- Sunday - Day 8 - Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing - (B/L)

Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then met by your personal guide who will accompany you to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, the famous Sphinx, and Valley temple facing the great statue. Lunch at a good quality local restaurant. Then transfer to enjoy the Egyptian Museum, Treasures room for the child king Tutankhamen. Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo's old bazaar... Back to your hotel.

- Monday - Day 9 - Fly Cairo to Luxor - Nile Cruise Tour - (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Check out from the hotel in the morning then transfer to Cairo Airport for a flight with EGYPTAIR to Luxor where you will be met and assisted, then taken by an air-conditioned vehicle to board your Egypt Nile cruise to check-in. After lunch on board, enjoy a visit to the impressive Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple.
Dinner and overnight on board the Nile cruise ship.

 

- Tuesday - Day 10 - Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions - (B/L/D)

After breakfast on your Nile cruise, take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut in the 15th century BC. Head to the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, you will sail to Edfu, enjoying a leisurely dinner on board.

Overnight on board the Nile Cruise ship.

 

- Wednesday - Day 11 - Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples - (B/L/D)

After breakfast on Nile Cruise, visit the well-preserved Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to Horus at Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo to see the unique Temple of Sobek, dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god.

Enjoy your lunch on board. Continue sailing to Aswan.

Dinner and overnight onboard your Nile cruise ship.

 

- Thursday - Day 12 - Aswan Nile Cruise Tours - (B/L/D)

After breakfast on the Nile cruise, enjoy a day's sightseeing in Aswan. Start with the High Dam and the largest known
ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk, proceeding to the beautiful Temple of Philae, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor. Dinner and
overnight on board deluxe Nile Cruise ship.

 

- Friday - Day 13 - Fly Aswan to Cairo - (B)

Breakfast on board

Morning, we will provide a transfer to the airport and put you on your nearly 1-hour flight back to Cairo.

After arrival, we will provide a transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore Cairo on your own.

- Saturday - Day 14 - Cairo - Fly Back Home - (B)

MA AS SALAAMA! Goodbye! It's time to go home. We will transfer you to the airport and wish you well, and look forward
to seeing you on a future trip.
